Ideal for corporate events, team bonding, culture days Begin with a 60-minute Sound Immersion session designed to reduce stress, enhance focus, and restore balance. Following the immersion, learn basic self-healing techniques in a hands-on introduction to multiple sound therapy instruments such as himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gong, 9-bar chimes, koshi chimes and ocean drum.

Led by Certified Sound Therapist Carrie, our sessions offer a safe and nurturing space for individuals and teams to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with themselves through the therapeutic power of sound. Using carefully curated instruments like Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other water instruments like ocean drums, each session is an immersive journey designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and enhance overall mental clarity and wellbeing. Corporate Sound Therapy Offerings: Sound Bath for Stress Reduction & Mental Clarity A deeply immersive session where participants are guided into states of relaxation that support nervous system recovery and improved focus. Cocoon Sound Bath Experience A unique offering (when space allows), where participants are cradled in hammocks—promoting a powerful sense of safety and emotional reset. Customised Team Sessions Created for leadership teams, staff wellbeing weeks, offsite events, and internal wellness initiatives. Each session can include intention setting, light breathwork, tips and practice for personal self-healing, and personally trying out the variety of instruments as a group play. Every sound session is all about helping you relax and feel your best! However, if you’re: In your 1st trimester of pregnancy Have serious spinal injuries, Have epilepsy, Feeling unwell, Uncomfortable with auditory stimulation it might not be the right time to join us. Take care of yourself first, and we’ll be here to welcome you when you’re ready! Your comfort and well-being mean everything to us.
